Services

One free call. One fixed quote. One system your team can run.

Scoped to your business. Priced to the scope, not the hour. No surprises.

How It Works

Simple, four-step process.

01
Call

A free 30-minute call. You walk us through your week: where work comes in, where it slips, what still gets done by hand. We tell you what we would fix first.

02
Scope

A second call, usually within a week. We show you what we would build, in what order, and what it costs. One fixed price for that scope. No hourly billing. You decide with the number in hand.

03
Build

We build it on your own accounts and tools and test it against real work before anyone relies on it. You see it running before handoff.

04
Handoff

Documented and handed off so your team can run it. If you want it kept tuned and growing, we stay on month to month. You own what is built.

Who This Is For

Owner-run. No IT department. Any industry.

Trades, clinics, product companies, professional services. If you make the decisions yourself and there is nobody in-house to build this, you are who we built it for. The industry changes what the leak looks like. It doesn't change whether we can fix it.

Pricing

Priced to the scope. Not the hour.

No two businesses need the same build, so we don't sell one. Every project gets its own written scope and one fixed price for it, set before any paid work starts.

The call

Free

30 minutes · no obligation

Bring what is not working. We ask about your week and tell you what we would fix first.

  • Where work comes in, where it slips, what still gets done by hand
  • What we would build first, and why
  • A straight answer if we are not the right fix
  • No cost, no obligation
The build

Scoped per project

Written scope · one fixed price · no hourly billing

After the call we put the scope in writing with one price for it. You decide with the number in hand. Depending on which outcome you are after, it is usually one of:

  • More work in: outbound that loads, sends, and follows up on its own
  • Less of it lost: every call, form, and quote answered fast and chased until it closes
  • Less of it by hand: intake, scheduling, orders, and reports that stop needing a person
  • Built on your own accounts and tools. You own it
  • Documented and handed off so your team can run it
Keep it running

Monthly

Optional · month-to-month · cancel anytime

Once it is live, we keep it tuned and keep building on it. Priced to what is being maintained. The build stands on its own without it.

  • We monitor and maintain everything in the build
  • New improvements shipped as your business changes
  • A monthly report on what the system did
  • Priority support

Once the first build is paying for itself, we scope the next one with you the same way: back office, invoicing, dispatch, multi-location. When you're ready. Not before.

FAQ

The questions we get on every call.

We already have a system for that.

Good. Most businesses we work with already have something. The call looks at where the existing setup breaks down: missed calls, quotes that go cold, follow-ups that fall through, work someone still does by hand. If your current system is doing the job, we'll tell you on the call.

We don't really have a budget for this.

The 30-minute call costs nothing. If after that the math doesn't work, no engagement and no follow-up. Every build is scoped and quoted in writing before any paid work starts, so you know the exact number before you decide. The point of the call is to find out whether the fix is worth more than it costs.

Our situation is too unique or complicated.

That's exactly what the call is for. We'll listen to your week, find where work is slipping out or piling up, and tell you which fixes are actually worth making. If your situation genuinely doesn't fit what we do, we'll say so on the call.

My office manager already handles the phones.

Great. They keep doing what they're good at. This catches what happens at 7pm, on weekends, and when they're already on the other line. It hands the lead to them, it doesn't replace them.

We tried a chatbot and it was terrible.

That's most of them. It's why this runs supervised, escalates to your people, and reports what it did every month. If it's not doing more than it costs, you'll see that in the report.

How long until something is actually live?

The call is 30 minutes. The written scope usually comes back within a week, and it includes the timeline, so you know before you commit. A single fix ships in days. A full system takes a few weeks.

What tools do you build with?

Claude, n8n, Airtable, Make.com, Supabase, Google Workspace, and the APIs of whatever you already use (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, your CRM). We match the stack to your team's comfort level, not the other way around.

Do I need someone technical on my team to run this?

No. Every build is documented and handed off so the people who already work in your business can run it. Most builds run themselves once they are live.

What happens after the build is done?

You own what's built. If you want it kept tuned and growing, we stay on month to month, priced to what's being maintained, cancel anytime. The build stands on its own without it.

What if it doesn't work?

Every build is tested against real work before handoff, and you see it running before you sign off on it. The written scope says exactly what the system has to do, so whether it works isn't a matter of opinion. If it doesn't do what the scope says, we're not done.

Get Started

Start with a call.

30 minutes. Bring what's not working. We'll tell you what we'd build first and what it would involve. If we're not the right fix, we'll say so and shake hands.

No pitch, no obligation. If it goes anywhere, the next step is a written scope with one fixed price, before any paid work starts.
